Northwest Seafood Inc. - Gainesville

I had been hearing that this place was really good and finally had the opportunity to try it yesterday. They had a shrimp special that we tried and I ordered some chowder and a blackened grouper sandwich. The chowder was really good. The grouper sandwich had good flavor but if I'm being honest it was more bun than fish. The shrimp however were great. Not too much breading. Perfectly fried. The cheese grits and hush puppies were amazing too. I would definitely come back here next time I'm in town.

Have had many different taste experiences here at the Grill; never had a bad experience yet. Only one complaint, the menu is not consistent and changes much too often. Hey if it ain’t broke then don’t fix it.

We had heard so much about their food there. We decided to order and give it a shot. We realize that there was one closer to us on 43rd street as there are 2 locations, the other 1 being in town of tioga. Got there 5 minutes early as I wasn't sure the location. Set when I got there of course. My order wasn't ready. It was supposed to be ready at 6 o'clock. Wasn't ready for another 15 minutes. That's the only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was friendly.Food was amazing, Very fresh, the bourbon glaze on our salmon was amazing. Definitely will be going back.
