Panera Bread - Gainesville

I love Panera Bread when I'm traveling, but now that I found out I'm gluten intolerant, I couldn't believe you don't have one single gluten-free bread we can choose for the breakfast sandwiches. I am very disappointed because I always have a good time going to any of your locations, but you just don't give us options.

Overall a positive. if you want good food give it a try.

Jeremiah was excellent. he went above and beyond for us during our visit. Helped us and was so kind and polite. You guys have a good employee with him! He is exceptional!

I love this place do much. Amazing caffeinated drinks. Helps me stay focused when needed. Food is amazing too.

I've always heard Paneras is famous for her broccoli and cheddar soup, so I decided to try something. The soup was very good. However, it had a nice thick, creamy consistency when I first received it and before I came halfway through the small bowl, I noticed that the consistency had become watery. That in itself with unpleasant. The mango drink was refreshing. I also chose the steak and cheddar sandwich. I was disappointed that there was no salad. As I was told, there was a lack of Romain salad from the cash register. He was crisp, commented on me, ?didn?t you read the sign here and on the door?? I was shocked by his attitude. I didn't notice the two signs, someone opened the door for me. Second, when he came to the register, he began to talk to me, I saw him immediately in the eyes when he spoke, then began looking up on the menu?. No, I didn't see the signs? Like RUDE! I didn't hear anything about the salad shortage except Panera?s. The sandwich was OK. There was a nice selection of pastries from the bakery. We have dipped and I noticed that many of the tables and stands on the back were not cleaned and thus remain for at least 45 minutes. A customer has released a stand to use it. The tables and stands on the front of the shop were cleaned immediately. Staff were very friendly (except cashier). There are plenty of parking and the store is located and a great location. It seemed to be a majority of college students and others with their laptops, I guess for the Wi-Fi service, customer turnover was slow, and thus limited seating. Would I return to this place? No? ll try another location to rate from Fairness.
