Ribcrib Bbq - Gainesville

The facility was good, but the server called Chad was very carelessly respectful, was to throw our straws and talk to us with a disturbing voice when we take our drinks. It was a party of 15 to 20 people and he forgot our drinks after drinking. Another server (Jesed) came that she did not realize that he had not brought our drinks and was extremely apologetic. Chad had told the server(Jesed) that we were rude to him first when we had barely settled, which was not true at all.

Jesed was great! Thank you again girl! The food was great and the establishment was clean. Easy to access right off the highway on our road trip.

Best thing on the plate, including ribs, pulled pork, and sausage.....was the fried okra. Pretty sure that's pre-made and comes frozen in a bag. Two stars because service was actually decent

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING chopped brisket and pulled pork! Tasted like minced fat. They were out of turkey and sliced brisket at 6:30. Brisket queso was good. OVERPRICED dog food!

The Ribs Steaks are authenticly delicious! The fries are even great to! The brisket baked potato is a must. When they have prime rib....?????
