Sublime Tacos - Gainesville

Eating my way through Gainesville and this was my second stop. Their indoor decor was beautiful. Reminded me of a few American southwestern restaurants. The food was great, I just went with something simple: 3 barbacoa tacos. Ingredients were fresh and ample. Flavors were super rich and well combined. Good family friendly restaurant, too. I saw some littles eating a shared quesadilla and they seemed to really like it!

So disappointed! They used to be so good but now just so disappointing!

Super good food and pretty fast! Very beautiful inside too! Worth checking out!

Tacos are pretty good. The real reason I'm giving 5 stars is because they had 4 ply toilet paper from Sam's club in the bathroom. High quality stuff.

Incredibly tasty and satisfying! You must try their quesadillas. Everything tastes so fresh.
