Contribuisci feedbackThankfully, Harry came to our rescue. He was polite, engaging, and friendly—exactly how a customer should be greeted. He truly was the saving grace of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff was quite unhelpful and even rude at times. Managers, you should consider training your staff to meet Harry's standards. Best of luck in your future ventures, Harry; we’re sure you will be very successful!
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was scrumptious and the service was outstanding. Even though I arrived without a reservation, I was seated in about five minutes, and my meal was served promptly. The dishes were delightful, and I would highly recommend this place.
I've dined at this restaurant multiple times, and I appreciate its clean and pleasant atmosphere, along with the quality of the food. Although the prices are somewhat elevated, I typically have no complaints—except for the service. The staff often comes off as unfriendly and is frequently slow, even during less busy hours. It can take 10 to 15 minutes just to receive a drink, as it seems the waitstaff prioritize chatting among themselves over attending to customers. When they do take your order, their demeanor is rather disappointing. With new or better-trained staff, I would happily rate this restaurant 4 stars, but for now, I can only give it 2 stars until these service issues are resolved.
For our main courses, I chose the Asparagus and Mascarpone Panciotti filled pasta, which was absolutely delicious! It tasted fresh and light, with a perfect blend of flavors—ideal for this time of year. The portion was not huge, but just right and quite satisfying. My mother ordered the Pappardelle Gorgonzola pasta with chicken, pancetta, and vegetables. The portion was enormous, and she could only finish half, but she loved every bite and described it as delicious. Even though we were quite full, we made room for dessert and opted for the honeycomb cheesecake. It was creamier than I prefer—I tend to like denser cheesecakes—but it was still lovely, and I would likely order it again. They do have an impressive selection of desserts to choose from! When our waitress brought the bill, she inquired if we had a discount voucher. We didn’t have one, but it seemed that many tables around us did. So if you're planning to visit, be sure to look out for discount vouchers!
The food is always outstanding, and the service is usually warm and attentive.
