Baskin-robbins - Gaithersburg

These Baskin-Robbins screw my order literally every time I do ubereats. I ordered a 2-Scoop sunshade and a pint of cotton sweetness ice cream. they sent me a bad egg spoon without the beats, and a circus. in the past they sent my milkshake unblended. as in, molten ice with ice cubes in it. if I own this place, I'd be very embarrassed. is not hard. they had to literally put only ice in a container lmao. the worst place of all time. 0/10.

Store is a combo with dunkin' donuts. the little real estate in the shopping center! I think the personal works both sides. I wanted to get some ice cream. from the freezer. there was a great choice. they were all beautifully decorated, but wanted to add a happy birthday to the one we chose. the cake was a little on the smaller size, but one of the people behind the theke said they could fit happy birthday and a name. we were surprised how good it fits and how beautiful it looked! the personal was friendly. the load was clean. a lot of ice cream available in case. I have fallen on my favorites, but skipped get a scam because we had ice-cream! would visit this one again!

I'm disappointed that I loved this place, it was great and something happened recently, the last time I was terrible. they have not and that they have melted ice does not take 5 minutes. I ordered a banan king this evening and they were out of no torpments on them threw in more bananen than ice and the jamoca mandel fudge might have had 3 mandels in total not even whipped cream or a cherry really what the **** goes. the only non-milk taste weops they do not have so no commentary. sad that now, if I want ice cream, I have to travel 15 minutes or more from home to get something decent. so sad?

I've ordered from this area twice and have gotten the wrong order I would give this place 0 stars if I could. If there weren't any flavors avaliable they should update there menu rather than making a completely different order from what I asked. Disappointing and horrible service.
