Good service and nice atmosphere. They are also connected to the Kung Fu Tea/Tutti Frutti so getting dessert couldn't be more convenient!

Second time in a row that the cole slaw is spoiled. Hire employees that can recognize when the cole slaw has turned. If you ate cole slaw from here, chances are you ate rotten cole slaw. Beware!

Quality of the food is pretty consistent. I only order lunch takeout and have been really satisfied with the food and service. It's connected to Kungfu tea, so a nice bubble tea drink really complements the meal.

The Bonchon at Ketsland Gaithersburg , they shared the store with Frutti tutti yogurt place . Me , my 4 /o daughter and 5 y/o son we were eating at yogurt place then decided to order to go at Bonchon . When we finished our yogurt ice cream , we went to Bonchon to sit and wait for our to go order , while sitting one of the waiter , she is skinny and have long hair asked us to move to another table without plates because we were just waiting for take out. So me and my kids move to a different table , then our order came and I was planning to stay a little bit because there’s a thunderstorm outside . So I decided maybe we can stay a bit before we go out, I was about to take out my fries and one girl with short hair with lots of tattoo , she’s the waitress and she said that we can’t eat there because we ordered to go . What kind of customer service they have !!!! I was so angry and I can’t control my temper because I was with my 2 kids and thunderstorm outside and they’re kicking us out and she say we can go back and eat the fries at yogurt place !!!!!! So I’m just writing this review to let you know those rude /bad service at Bonchon Ketsland Gaithersburg . And it happened it today April 22 , 2023 at 2:15 pm. So whoever who’s there , that’s the two girls I’m talking about .I should just stayed but I don’t want to make a scene . Never never go back there!!!!!! Bad service !!!!!!!’

I ordered some soy garlic boneless chicken, and it was delicious! I must admit, I was hoping for some more authentic Korean food, but nevertheless, the chicken still tasted great. The location is convenient, due to the close proximity to a variety of stores. Overall, it's a great place to grab lunch!
