Chipotle Mexican Grill - Gaithersburg

I ordered two steak burritos, and I was really disappointed. The steak was subpar, and the burritos felt heavy and lacking in flavor. The side of guacamole I received was brown and looked like it should have been thrown away. Just because I ordered online doesn't mean I should receive items that are near their expiration date. After taking just a few bites, I started to feel a bit nauseous. For $30, this experience was not worth it at all, and I won’t be coming back.

Really? They sent a visibly broken taco dish. I get that it's small, but it's just absurd on their part. The steak was terrible too.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I noticed flies in the food, and even after I brought it to their attention, they completely ignored me. I decided to leave and won't be coming back! I can only imagine how filthy the kitchen must be. The staff seemed lazy, not even attempting to keep the flies away from the food!

The location is terrible! tables. dirty! drinking station. dirty, they count where you are prepared to eat. dirty! Dirty! I went out and will never return to this place!

My hubby I have gone to this location quite a few times in the past year with no real complaints. I always get the burrito bowl am pleased with it. However today, my husband got the bowl with steak he had quite a few pieces of grizzle in his meal. This is unacceptable! My complaint, and I hope this will be bought to the manager 's attention is the lack of clean up of the tables. I don 't like to have to clean off someone else 's food droppings before I eat. I think one of the employees should make the rounds every so often clean off the tables. There was left overfood, dropings, containers napkins all over the place. And I don 't mind music in a restaurant, even if it 's crappy, but the music was at full blast so we couldn 't even carry on a conversation. This is a nice fast food place please keep it presentable tone down that music .
