When we came to the restaurant, there was no table for us, so we decided to wait at the bar. our bartender, lizzie, was very charming and attractive as well as attentive, so we decided to have our dinner at the bar.
We were immediately greeted with a smile. the service was good, we never felt rushed. my food companion had grown up in Greece and said that this was the best restaurant she ate! as not Greek, I would agree! the prices were comparable to other nice restaurants. definitiw back!
The second time to eat here was a wonderful one like the first time. this time the spinat pie and moussaka had again, but also the rainbow trout and I recommend all three of them.
I was looking forward to dining here due to the very good reviews. Our server was obviously new inexperienced, but he was trying hard to make our dining experience enjoyable which we recognized. The 3 of us ordered alcoholic beverages. The wine pour was less than 5 oz; bourbon was fine. Chicken kabob dinner was good, but small for the cost. Salmon was overdone; moussaka was good. We received complimentary samples of the sponge cake which was delicious. It was nice to see the restaurant was eventually full as the evening wore on, but the noise level increased to where we needed a raised voice to communicate for most of the meal. Would consider trying again due to the nice staff and ownership and the requirement to eat either outside on the patio or during non-peak hours due to the noise.
