Fd Book Cafe - Gaithersburg

I was in Gaithersburg for an appointment in search of dirty chai but not from a large chain establishment when I happened upon FD Book Cafe! Best Chai Latte I've had in years!

The atmosphere and food was amazing. It's a great small café that isn't crowded and perfect for meet ups. The only critique is there was one employee which meant wait time was quite lengthy. Besides that, the books, the aesthetic, the plethora of food and drink options do far than make up for it.

Very kind people and has delicious food especially the frozen yogurt I also love there waffles. The best cafe place I ever been in.

Super cute cafe I LOVE the vibe here. There is a seating area on the first floor and when that is full, they have additional seating in the basement which is also used as a studio for paint nights and social activities. They have a variety of breakfast options, dim sum (can order or buy frozen to go), drinks, and desserts. The oreo macchiato was good. The waffles were good too but I would recommend sharing I thought I could eat one but it was really big! I chose a matcha waffle base and added oreo topping, and it came with whipped cream and syrup.
