Bruh. There are no words adequate to sing the praises of Inferno. Totally lives up to the hype. The burrata was the best appetizer I've ever had in my life. The pizza was divine. The cookies were freaking amazing. Loved the service--attentive but not overbearing with a good sense of humor. Responses to entitled reviewers: 10/10. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
I 've been mulling over for awhile now whether or not to write this because, I admit, it 's a little unfair. But, as someone who has also owned their own, 'hot new spot, ' there was one thing that I thought needed improvement. And that was attitude. First, was the pizza great? Yes, very good. A wonderful representation on pizza napoletana in a small tucked away corner of a strip mall. And the side dishes and salads might be even better because they are unexpected in a place known for its pizza. So, order everything if you can. Or, keep going till you 've tried everything. Having said that, now I 'm going to say too much and be a little bit of a troll. But it really did spoil the experience for me. My party got their at seven, I was running a little late. They were told that there were only two pieces of dough left and that they could save them for us till I got there. I thought it was odd to run out of dough 2 hours after opening on a Wednesday. But when I got there at 7:30 there was only one left. The three of us were a little disappointed and didn 't feel that welcomed, as if we were holding others up that also wanted pizza. Understandable, because it 's so good. I made a kind remark with a smile to the manager, c 'mon man you gotta make more dough. The way he replied was someone without the experience of handling a situation like that. He just gave me a smirk, like ok, and walked off. No bueno bro. We ordered just the one pizza left, the pizza Margarita was very nice. They seemed confused that we were not going to order any more appetizers than just the olives. Yes, they did the right thing by sending us a salad and the buratta. Both were good. But bad attitude always sours the palate. As some who used to run out of BBQ in Austin Texas, the world Capital of BBQ(like having a pizza place in Naples Italy), in 90 minutes on a Saturday. I know what 's it 's like to deal with disappointed customers who plan a whole day around your food only to show up and be left with scraps. I ran out every day too. I won awards too. I was ranked in the top 100 places to eat in Texas too. But I never served anything with a side of bad attitude. Just a reminder so as to not spoil the food your people worked so hard to make. I 'll be back, for another chance. I guess I need to get there when you open.
