That's 20 minutes of waiting with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the restaurant. They could have offered me an appology or a free egg roll to placate me, but no such offers; just wait 20 minutes and take the food, no thanks at all.-Food: the food was actually pretty good, but the rest of the experience was so bad that I will not go back.Parking: Dinner time at that strip mall is insanely busy, tons of cars, tons of pedestrians clogging up the lot, people illegally double parking in front of the stores creating huge backups.
Great service. Food was yum!. The dumplings and hot wings were good but the portion size of beef was very less in beef bulgogi.
Average quality for Korean bbq food. This is not an authentic place but a fast paced Korean bbq.
There is no taste of Korean food in each meal. It is flavorless and tasteless. I have tried two meals Beef ? Bulgogi rice bowl and Chicken bowl) and sometimes the rice is undercooked and sometimes it is overcooked. Although the customer service is satisfactory, I would not recommend this restaurantif you are looking for Korean food.Parking: The parking is free and plentiful.Wheelchair accessibility: The seating area should be large enough for a person to sit comfortably.
As far as customer service is concerned, it is acceptable. I am concerned about the quality of the rice and the beef. The rice was overcooked and dry, and the beef had an unpleasant and, papery taste. The meal lacked any flavor or spice. Overall, this was a disappointing meal and not worth the price.
