La Madeleine - Gaithersburg

Bakery are delicious and salads and sandwiches are beautiful. unfortunately this location is underoccupied or has service problems. whether they order in register or order via the app, they will never get their food at the time that was promised. this problem has ruined my work plan at least twice, so I could stay at work later to make the time lost to wait for lunch.

Love this place, but I'm a bit disappointed today, I ordered the pasta and they forgot my partalat? a little beaten. also ordered a mandel croissant it had the greatest any filling in it. I just feel like my job was rushing. I ordered a big limonade and it looks like they gave me a baby cup with lid. today totally disappointed.

We were served quickly and our food was brought to our table shortly afterwards. hadn't tried the strawberry crepe before and it was delicious! we also got the Makkaron box and our favorites were the lemon and the coffee macarons. beautiful little brunch place!

I decided to come back to la madeleine after I didn't eat one here. the food quality has cloged, as well as the service. Eat: I ordered the chicken la madeleine, which was a favorite of me earlier. The huh isn't even a whole piece of ****. the chicken is cut into small slices that makes 10% of the teller and it tastes like a school-sized (shaft, dry, and does not even taste like meat. the mushrooms were not full mushrooms, it was similar to the cream of the mushroom soup. my side made 90% of the shell and the rice tasted like onkel bens rice. my friend and I left more than half of our teller (he got an salat, but it was invaded in balsamico vinaigrette. it was too mad. service: we decided to eat outside. I wanted to sit under that dach, but I could only get one out of the five tables they had outside, because they all used to be furious. I took the pictures below as we went, and they were not clean yet. also the waiter wore airpods and couldn't hear me, so I had to ask him if I could have more. his answer was that they were in the back. Why can he bring us our food, but not the utensils? it's a little uncomfortable to go through the restaurant, to the back while I sit outside. Overall, I will not return to la madeleine unless I visit one of her bäcks. the empty plate on my table was the only promising part of my dinner chocolate cake. I would also like to point out that the woman who worked the register was nice, so I gave 2 stars instead of one.

The cappuccino is delicious along with the eggs. The avocado toast is on a buttery brioche type of bread. Was wishing it was a little more like French bread. The staff were friendly and they have outside seating!
