Mcdonald's - Gaithersburg

Terrible experience. I don't understand how they mess up orders. When I clearly requested a Big Number 1 with a drink, how is that so hard to comprehend? After waiting around 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I received a disappointing order with no remedy offered. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I tried the burger and found it to be undercooked, with a pink center. On top of that, they got my order wrong. I really dislike this place.

I typically don't have high expectations for McDonald's, but this experience was particularly disappointing. The burger seemed old and the fries were cold. I could have voiced my concerns, but we chose this place solely because we were in a hurry and didn’t have time to find better food.

Aftab is a very beautiful worker! She always greets me with smiles and treats my eating with care! She can say she really loves what she does or atleast she tries to make the best of it! you face makes my day brighter!

Great McDonald's, they get my order right, and the rare times they don't they fix it. Crew here is great, always friendly. Even in the early morning Aftab was friendly and provided great service.
