Contribuisci feedbackThis store was dirty , the stuff was rude not welcoming customers or saying thank you , my drinks was not taste coffee, i order a ice venti caramel macchiato, supposed to be the shots is 3 shots they put only two , taste milky , and i order i tall caramel frapp they put in the grande cup because they put to much ice , i didn’t order a extra ice in my frapp . I think there barista don’t know what he/she doing , they need to train them again in the right way , pls put the milk inside the ref , don’t leave the milk long time outside. Trash my caramel frapp because doesn’t taste right,
Unfortunately, the Starbucks service and experience you might be accustomed to is not happening here.
I asked for light ice and look how much ice they put. This is my 2nd time ordering at this location and always bad service. Also cashier disappeared and didn't take orders. Seems they don't wanna work. Sat 2pm workers need some type of training on customer service
Friendly helpful staff. Knows the regulars by name. This is a fairly busy location. Expect to wait for a drink during peak hours. The place is always clean and in good condition.
I ordered a lactose-free coffee, but I was misled because it wasn't actually lactose-free, and it caused me serious issues.
