We were hoping (wishful thinking) but not expecting the restaurant could accommodate twenty patrons and and able to be seated at one table. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Jason the manager. We were able to work together to make it happen, it took a miracle and we have him to thank. The restaurant was packed, the atmosphere was happy and pleasant. The total experience, without a doubt was everything I hoped for. As a retiree, working in a profession where team work is a necessity for providing outstanding service I tend to focus on the teamwork of staff and managers wherever i go. Jason went above and beyond the call of duty accommodating our family. I would also like to mention our waiters, Rosbin and Fernando for their attentiveness, pleasant and prompt service. So overall, Ted’s Bulletin gets “FIVE STARS” A+ James Ulmer
I went here for my birthday, and Tay was our server. He was knowledgeable and I could tell without asking him that he enjoys what he does. He's great with his customers and knows much about Ted's restaurants to the level that I knew Urban BBQ's restaurants back in the 2010s when they had their run. The staff all works together as a team, and as someone who spent his 20s in foodservice that's a very refreshing sight to see. I ordered the huevos rancheros, and I am sitting here wishing i could just eat it again. My brother got the burger, and seeing a sit-down restaurant that makes smash burgers was also uncommon and really neat. My stepdad got steak and eggs-nothing to shake a stick at, and my mother got the reuben, which I polished off later that night. I was given S'mores ted tarts for my dessert, and I have to say I'll never eat pop tarts from the box again. I can't wait for my next visit.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. The outdoor patio is beautiful with plenty of shade.
The service at this restaurant was excellent, with a very friendly waiter. However, unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience. The food was subpar and we felt that the overall quality of the restaurant has declined. The tuna was overcooked, the chicken in the cobb salad was dry, the side Caesar salad did not have romaine lettuce, and it was served with tartar sauce instead of dressing. The only decent dish we had was my daughter's chocolate chip pancakes, which are difficult to mess up. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed.
The food took an extremely long time to reach our table, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The server was very rude and did not pay attention to our requests or our food order. I will not be returning.
