Texas Parrillada - Gaithersburg

The food is amazing, and the staff members were incredibly kind—they helped my blind grandmother so much.

I returned to the restaurant, but the food wasn't as delicious as before, and the service wasn't as good either. I didn't feel welcomed during my visit.

I got home 20 minutes later only to find that the plantains were not packed or included. Additionally, the fajitas were supposed to come with shrimp, beef, and chicken, but we only received two (2!!!) small flour tortillas. To top it off, there wasn’t a single chip included with the guacamole?!? No tortilla chips at all! While what we did receive was definitely tasty, the missing items really overshadowed the meal.

No chips and salsa while waiting for food.. also I bought a soda and got a can with a polystyrene cup.no refill. not even a glass of water was offered. very disappointed?

Lady Refuses to give pick order for 15 mins... they had two pick up orders prepared, other customer got order right away with no issues. But asked for proof for my order, showed screenshot of online order with Items, still refused... Told Name and Phone ; still held on to single order that was left prepared. After a while it finally clicked to her that Nathan might pronounced differently. Knowing this, still held on to order and got my dad picking up the order to call me. She pick up the call with an attitude its Natan, right then hung up. Finally gave the order after all this.
