Thai Express - Gaithersburg

Eating was quite good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful when asked about vegan options. I liked my eating, but I feel like the portions were pretty small. the spring rolls would have had more filling, they were pretty thin and somewhat too greasy. the green curry was as expected, nothing spectacular, but a good meal overall. we ordered the delivery, so I cannot comment on the device itself. I appreciate the fast and friendly service they provided, even if the parts were smaller than expected.

The place is very small and can be overwhelmed, but eating is great. the service is good, especially for the hurry to deal with. there are no whole lot of sitting things, but in the regular enough of them it doesn't matter to sit outside. the waiter is more than willing to cost ordering.

WeWe've been customers of Thai Express for the past 6 years or so. We really loved the food and ordered often, but had noticed a noticable shift towards a decrease in the quantity a few years ago (pre-pandemic). We still order take out but less frequently. My husband swears by their egglant dishes, they are so good. The staff have always been very pleasant and we still given them our business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today I have placed an order in the restaurant, I have specified that I wanted to immerse and one dame in thai spoke and then said "why dune in no eating here" unnecessary to say, I said I would like to go to order. low customer service. please never go here! Mean food and they are treated as if they are a more disturbing one for them.

I have gone to thai express in kentlands since 2015, had never had any problems until today, if they not only got my order wrong, they changed their policy to calculate customers for the seasoned what is free when they were immersed: the container is so expensive that we have to charge the customers 75c for every season. os, although I paid for the seasoned, were not all seasoned there. the quality and taste of eating was also so bad that my family ended eating at sabai sabai simply thai. same price, but great service and very tasteful eating. I am really sad to see that thai express is deteriorating, but how all good things come to an end. I'll change my business elsewhere. for a family of 4 the bill was always around $80, which is ok, but at least I deserve a little smile and service. it seems that the people working at Thai express are not the excellent people I have used to over the years. sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad sad.
