Asador Casa Luis - Gáldar

It is a delight to eat in one of the restaurants that surround the main square of Galdar where its church is located. There are not many and we decided on this one since we saw that the dishes were excellent, abundant and it had a large terrace well covered by parasols. As we arrived early we were able to get a table on the terrace, but it is advisable to book in advance. It has a wide variety of Canarian dishes and fresh fish of the day The problem is that they take a long time to serve, it takes more than an hour to receive my second plate, and although the place and the views are excellent, this means that you do not take a good memory of your meal

Came across this one by accident and got overwhelmed by the super nice dishes and very friendly staff! We had the tacos de pescado, salteado con gulas and the tortilla.. might go there to try out more things.

Excellent cuisine. Trained staff and a charismatic and engaging Maitre (Luís) in serving you. As an Italian and a food lover I can say that my experience here was perfect.

Ubicación muy buena, pero pésima gestión del propietario, en cuanto a calidad y tiempos de espera. La primera vez, que en una parrillada de carne, me ponen morcilla y panceta de campango asturiano. Las empleadas hicieron su trabajo, el dueño, mucha retórica al ofrecer la carta, excusas que le sobraban para justificar su poca eficacia para gestionar el local. No lo recomiendo. Halfway through the explanation, he is interrupted by what seemed to be the owner of the place to tell him that he wasn't finding out, to let him name the dishes they had because they had already run out of many things. And indeed, they had practically nothing on the menu or off the menu. With regard to the dishes, a lot of talk, he sold you the motorcycle and then the lousy quality. He offered us a super juicy T-bone steak and when we had been waiting for an hour the owner told us that they already had left. Outraged we paid and left. To all this comment that we arrived at the site at 2:00 p.m. and that there were only two more tables having lunch.
