Contribuisci feedbackOmg!! This place was amazing. It was our first time and won’t be our last! Portions are big in my opinion. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was so clean. Desert was okay. It was hard as a rock due to being frozen. So skip the desert! We had the peanut butter bar thing and cake. Just can’t say enough good things about this place. We’re so full!
The manager Steve Warren is extremely rude to his employees. If they call in sick or don’t want to come in in there day off he will yell at them and call them hateful names, he has made my girlfriends sister cry multiple time and I’m getting tired of it. We have tried calling red onion but they won’t do anything. I’m hoping corporate will see this.
The staff was friendly and the service was good. The salad was delicious, but the coffee and lemonade were not as good.
The dining experience was fantastic! The restaurant was clean and the staff appeared to be happy. There was ample parking and it was easy to get in and out without dealing with traffic during peak dining hours. Unfortunately, gift cards that work at Joplin locations are not accepted at the Galena restaurant, which seems to be independently owned. The manager was a bit curt when the gift card was offered with limited explanation. The prices were a little high.
The food at this restaurant is quite good. However, considering the price, the ambiance is just average.
