Domino's Pizza - Galion

I absolutely love the dominos menu and their food quality. However, this dominos service is extremely disappointing. Many times on their app they forget to reactivate having their bread bowls and I have to call and ask them if it’s available. Often it is, but because they lack the management to reactivate it on the website I’m not able to use my domino points to redeem something or even add to my rewards points. It is becoming a more common occurrence and is so frustrating. It has impacted the amount of times I have chosen to order from them. If this issue is resolved I would order more often instead of opting to a less frustrating restaurant.

Our pepperoni pizza had a long blondish hair in the pizza. We tried to call to address it and make them aware of it and I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer. Called from my husband's phone and got a love person who sent me to a recording... Wasn't looking for anything free just wanted them to know! Just lost my business if this is how they run their business in Galion!

Every time I order side cups of icing, garlic butter ect I never get it and yes they aren't that much but it adds up when you don't receive them

These folks have really uped their game. Recently have got thin crust with sausage, jalapeños, Pepperoni, salami and Pineapple it was delicious. Definitely, if you can handle the heat of Jalapeños do it. Dominoes has really pushed to have better pizzas and it shows. The parmesan bread knots are like garlic delights. We also got the bacon and Jalapeños stuffed bread, was fantastic. If you wrote them off from the past revisit them.

I usually get delivery here and it's always a great experience. The drivers are always friendly and prompt. The people that work there are wonderful and I'm always more than pleased with my food.
