Contribuisci feedbackI dont believe this is a location based issue but an app issue. It doesn't tell you when breakfast ends anywhere and it still allows you to order breakfast even after they supposedly don't serve it. I did not get my breakfast sandwich, All they were willing to give me was my coffee and donut. I don't know if it says the hours at the store itself but the app should definitely tell you and not allow you to order after the fact. Otherwise the staff was friendly and I've never had issues with the food when I get it.
I paid for 12 dozens and received 9 which wasn’t noticed until I got home. Hopefully it won’t happen to the next person!
Look I know you are busy but to totally ignore a customer waiting, waiting and waiting at the counter! Then when she did acknowledge that customer she acted like she was being bothered! I do like this location but damn if you can 't handle being busy at 8:30am then shut your doors! That 's the busiest time of the day so please get it together. Oh, and the manager kept walking right by me! Unhappy customer Tim Hortons
Lady that took our order at the window was very, very rude. Had no personality, no smile nothing. She acted like she didnt care to be there. Its one thing to be having a bad day, but come on. All i can say is if you are that misrable, find another job. My mother and i go there all the time, never been treated this way.
I got a French Vanilla Cappuccino for my husband at the drive thru. My husband said it tasted terrible. He said it tasted like a watered down hot chocolate. He ended up not drinking it. I tried to call the store but they never answered their phone. I wonder if they have new staff that doesn't know how to make this drink. It was early in the morning so you would think it would be fresh.
