The food was very nice, especially the schwifichta and fava beans. The wine also very nice but in our opinion very expensive. We originally went to Dr. Wine because the place two doors down was full, and it ended up being the best move we could have made! They have a small menu with carefully prepared dishes and will be happy to make you a stunning wine recommendation based on your preferences. We came twice within 3 days, tried the homemade pasta, the orzo with beef, the lamb (special and the gnocchi and one dish was better than the other. Sadly we had reached our last night in Syros, otherwise we would definitely have come again. The owners are lovely and were so thrilled to hear how much we liked their food. Bad food, it's just heated, I don't know why they just don't make it at that time, I actually got gnocchi With mushrooms, the sauce was only bound, the gnocchi were like rubber, of course they had been made for hours, maybe even days, and they just heated it as well, the same with the steak and they charge 15 euros for it. If they were sitting there making it for 20 minutes, how much boiling would they want? My advice if you want is to correct your food and be polite and when customers leave without having eaten their food, ask if something went wrong or if they didn't like it to correct that they are telling you something you didn't do.
