Arby's - Gallatin

They go here, twice in the month service in the regular good eating as well, but today everything has changed sat jul 30 255 the girl that took my order was mad or angry I don't know, but she made me hurry so that I no longer go

Even if there short staffed at times they always get orders filled quickly and 100% of my items are always in the bag correct so cuddos to the staff!!

Almost every fast food restaurant I have been to recently has had extremely rude Staff. I am happy to say the Staff at Arby's was very nice and had great manners. I appreciate that.

Just like most fast food joints nowadays Arby's is swirling the drain. Paid $18 for two combo meals and the best part of them was the coca cola. They took my order and told me to pull forward and wait on fresh fries. I specifically asked for 5 packs of Arby's sauce as well. I get 10 minutes down the road to my home and guess what? No sauce, dry roast beef and 8 crinkle fries in each box that was NOT FRESH! Thank you Arby's and staff for helping me make my decision to not eat fast food again.

Grabbed a quick meal for my Son...It was late, I could tell the Gentlemen at the window was tired and ready fo get out of there.So when he asked.. How are you doing today Sir I made sure I responded like I knew the kid my whole life... Man I'm good, How are you Young man said, I'm tired!I've been here all day. I'm ready to go! Been on this window by myself since 4 o'clock He said that with a smile.And as he was handing me my order and wishing me a good night with a smile, I wished him the same.. Alright friend you have a good night as well! Thank you I know it's simple, normal sounding.However, I see folks not say a word, or, keep it one sided and not ask the employee and return the gesture.We're all family! Treat every one like you wanna be treated!
