Arby's - Gallatin

This Arby's location is consistently closed outside of normal business hours due to short staffing, but they will communicate this via the loudspeaker (as happened today, closed at 5 pm on a Saturday), or they may also mess up your order. It would be best to steer clear of this location.

The experience was brief. They promptly took my order and had everything I requested. Unlike many food establishments nowadays, they were well-stocked and the service was quick and friendly. Additionally, Arby's will accept multiple coupons on a single order, which is a fantastic perk. Definitely recommended!

I was on the drive through loudspeakers with “Welcome to arbys, we are sold out many things.” I asked what exactly that meant and was greeted with quiet. I left and will not be back. they can also close when this is how they run.

Inside dining closed without signs, etc. Employees just stand and look without a word or anything. The covid scam is over people!

Is a good place for a quick bite, but you get what you pay for. The food is sometimes cold, but the cookies are always warm.
