Papa Johns Pizza - Gallatin

I always enjoy the food here. Although my orders aren't always accurate, the dishes are still delicious.

I ordered The Works Pizza and was disappointed to find that it only had two slices of green pepper and maybe two or three slices of onion. I had requested to remove the Canadian bacon and add beef, but there was no beef on my pizza at all. I also asked for black olives, but they were missing too. I paid extra for sauce but didn’t receive any in the box. This is exactly why I stopped ordering from Papa John's—their orders are always wrong.

The pizza had bubbles all over it, and there was way too much crust.

The restaurant does not use gloves while preparing food, which is concerning, especially with the ongoing risks of monkeypox and COVID still present.

I ordered from the Papa John's location on Broadway in Gallatin, TN, at 8:15 PM, and was informed that my order would be delivered in two hours. However, I ended up waiting for three hours. I tried calling several times to check on the status of my order and was told by the call center that it had been picked up. Unfortunately, I never received my pizza. No one called me back, nor could I reach anyone by phone. I will be reporting this issue to the corporate office.
