Contribuisci feedbackThe carhop who delivered the food was friendly and polite, but the order taker was not very friendly. They forgot to enter my daughter's hamburger combo, even though it was the first thing she ordered. However, they did get my daughter's order correct in the end. Overall, this is usually a good place to go, just avoid going after 9pm.
After waiting for thirty minutes, I witnessed the restaurant staff take food to a car parked three stalls down, even though the customers had just arrived. To make matters worse, a diner complained about finding hair in their food and the drink tasting strange. The staff then took the customer's meal back into the restaurant, laughing among themselves. They attempted to serve the same meal again, claiming it was new, but the customer refused and demanded a refund. Shockingly, the staff tried to pass off the same meal to five different cars as their order. At that point, I decided to drive away in disgust.
This restaurant is terrible! The wait time is extremely long, even for just a drink that was ordered in advance through the app. It's completely unacceptable. And if you try to complain to corporate, you're just wasting your time.
As of late, they usually get my order wrong in some form or fashion. And, I'm ordering on the app. Wrong bags of food, ice when I ask for none, wrong drink, wrong sandwich. People are super nice, except the woman who came to exchange the wrong food. She said not one word to me: took the bag, took it inside, brought me the correct bag, walked off. Not even an utterance.
Ordered a Big Dill burger, got a completely plain burger with just lettuce and onions on it. I paid extra for a special burger and just got a plain one. I could've gotten a double cheeseburger for the same price. Barely any candy in my blast.
