White Bison Coffee - Gallatin

So, ever since I can remember I have been a Gold card member of another coffee store in town but, I?ve now discovered White Bison! Rich lattes and a great breakfast scramble are now my favorite. They are friendly and thank me every time I visit. Today, I got a ?thank you? on my bag... that made my day! Thank you White Bison keep up the good work!

I really enjoy White Bison. I always order the iced lattes, but the coffees are excellent too. The staff is consistently friendly, and I’ve never encountered any issues with my drinks or orders. It's also convenient that it's located inside Twice Daily.

The food here is delicious and of high quality! I've visited several times and have never had a problem with any of my orders. The staff is extremely courteous and always seems genuinely happy, which brightens my day! They offer the BEST cookies—absolutely amazing! You can even order them warm, which makes them even more exceptional!

Once a favorite coffee shop of mine, it has unfortunately become a disaster over the past three months. My last ten visits have been consistently disappointing. The original staff, especially Dixie and the other amazing ladies (was it six of them?), have always provided great service. However, since the new hires started, the quality of the shop has taken a nosedive. During just one visit, I found myself having to explain my order, only for it to be entered incorrectly and then prepared wrong. I returned, hoping that the new employees would eventually get the hang of things, but sadly, that hasn’t happened.

White Bison is my favorite place to get coffee in Gallatin, even with two Starbucks, and some of the local shops nearby. I personally am willing to go the extra distance from my home to get coffee here because it's always consistently good, even though it's a longer drive. I always get the mocha frappe, and my sister gets the coffee frappe. Their coffee has a very delicious, rich flavor to it. I also recommend the chocolate, hazelnut croissant.
