Contribuisci feedbackOur server did a decent job but the food was absolutely terrible. We ordered a pasta dish, the pasta was way overcooked and chewy. Also ordered the ribeye, it was cooked perfectly to a med rare but the side of broccoli was very obviously bad. It smelled terrible and there were black spots on them. When we informed the manager all we got was a small discount. No apology. She simply said she'd tell the cook manager. I don't feel we were properly compensated for the amount
The food was good. The drinks were great. The service was good, considering it was extremely busy there. It seems in Gallup the streets roll up on Sunday after 6pm. We had just arrived in Gallup and only a handful of restaurants were open. Add to that the shortage of workers, and you have folks with short tempers and attitudes. We had a great server and the kitchen manager was lending a hand on the dining floor.
Came here on a Sunday evening due to the fact that most restaurants in this neighborhood were closed. Service is good. Food is fine considering the prices. No complaints.
The service was slow due to not having enough servers. Our server was friendly but got behind helping out others, so we waited quite a bit for our drinks and food. Not knocking the staff, as they were doing the best they could. Waited 15 mins to get seated even though half the restaurant and bar was empty.
I hate writing poor reviews but I had such a horrible experience here with my to go order. We stopped to get some food on our roadtrip. I ordered a steak and unfortunately it was probably one of the worst steaks I've ever had. I think everyone is under so much short staffing lately I don't want to place any blame. But it seemed as though my steak had been cooked before, heated up and then grill marks were added to make It look fresh. I ended up having to use one of my
