Trady the lady taking orders has the worst customer service ever. She has no patience! Got our food order incorrect because she was in a rush. No line!

Good food. Would have been nice if I was greeted when I walked in.

Placed an order for two got order ticket at 11:54?.it?s is a completely dysfunctional operation behind the counter?our number was never called over the loudspeaker and we waited for over 35 minutes before finally receiving our order which by the way was wrong?this is not the 5-star experience and service that is being touted by the owners.

The young shift manager was so kind to get my burger fixed, I made an online order and I picked it up on the right time. But my meal usually are warm enough to eat but this time at this location it was so cold, my fries stayed in the warmer for more than 30mins and I didn?t want to cause anymore headaches because it was 15mins before closing, so I left it and just my burger remade because I can?t be paying an extra $1 for a extra patty and cheese, so I had to get it remade :,
