I am very impressed! this is the best service and the food I've had for a long time. I had the smashed steerburger with kartoffels, gravy, broccoli and one by the side. jeremy was a very nice and attentive server, he went beyond and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. josiah made my dinner, the smashed steak was very tender and had the best taste I ever had. I've eaten so much, it's my favorite. thanks!

This center of america in gallup has had about one year ago a beautiful, complete renovation. eating the iron skillet was light-fast in the delivery top notch service. the waiting staff gave the cook even my feedback, which was a great job on a fantastic south tradition, eier over medium. thank you!

Who would have thought that a restaurant in a TA truck stop would be really good? that's it! I have the southwest buttermilk chicken sandwich. the fried chicken on it was crisp, the speck was crisp, the nice on it were fresh. my fries were boiled as I like them, a little crisp, but not too much. all the others loved their burgers they ordered. our server, johnny, was very nice and very attentive. they recognize us his thoughts about different food choices on a helpful way and make sure that we want to add something to our meal times (condiments, wobble, etc.). if we ever roll through this part of new mexico again, this will definitely keep on our list of.

I got breakfast here and it was phenomenal I don't know about the rest of the food but the staff is friendly and the breakfast is out of his world. Definitely try the vanilla pancakes.
