Del Taco - Gallup

Was passing buy on my way to Arizona family craving chicken tacos so we stopped. Food was good and restaurant nice and clean

Fries were under cooked, ice tea was awful ????, machine not clean. Hamburger did not taste right and the Coke tasted like carbonated water. The only thing that was decent was the 2 Tacos. Was not Happy????????

Ordered 3 chicken quesadillas, fries and 2 drinks in drive thru $26! . After getting back on the road, discovered only 1 with chicken and 2 without chicken, not cut. Fries were not cooked, just hot on outside. This was 2pm on a Wed, and no other customers...wth This had to be done on purpose...why? Are these the type of people you hire to work there?

If I could give negative stars I would. We stopped at the Del Taco in Gallup NM, on US 419. We stood at the counter waiting to have our order taken. However, instead of taking our order, two of the young employees looked at us. Didn 't say a word and kept doing whatever it was they were doing. Not even a, We 'll be right with you. We turned around and left. Nothing like being disregarded. We ended up at Wendy 's. 5 Star Service.

Don 't ask for any special order (like no onions, pico de Gallo on the side) you won 't get it!! The 'snack queso quesadilla is more like JOKE quesadilla !!
