We love this place. It's very clean, the coffee is roasted in the store, the pastries are made there and they promote local artists businesses. The staff are obviously morning people that share their vivacious vibes while serving coffee and pastries. I definitely recommend this place.

Each raves over the coffee, but it is a rare place that can make good tea. Gallup Coffee Company has the best tea in town! You mastered tea and coffee. What is not to love?

I spent nearly a month in Gallup, New Mexico, attending the Land of Enchantment Opera Institute, and I hardly went a day without stopping by for my daily dose of caffeine. The quality of the coffee here is among the best I've ever had—roasted in-house and served by friendly staff. As someone who has tried nearly everything on the menu, I can confidently say that not a single dish has disappointed me. The duck and ragout omelet is fantastic, and all the pastries, along with the homemade bread and sandwiches, are absolutely heavenly. If you enjoy creamy soups, the potato leek soup is delicious—it's my personal favorite. There are also vegan options, like the quinoa salad, and a few gluten-free choices available. I spent countless hours studying in the tranquil atmosphere while enjoying the great food, and I will truly miss this place when my travels take me elsewhere!

Solid oatmilk latte at a reasonable price! Staff was very friendly. I was just passing through town and will definitely be coming here again next time I’m in Gallup!
