Maria's - Gallup

This is a fantastic restaurant—simple yet filled with care, flavor, and friendliness. The red and green chili and chorizo were the most flavorful I've ever tasted. I tried them in a breakfast burrito, and it was absolutely delicious. It’s clear that the owners genuinely care about their food and their customers.

We absolutely love this restaurant! It's cozy, family-owned, and the food is fantastic. Maria is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything we tried was remarkable, especially the breakfast burritos! If you're in Gallup, you have to stop by – you won't want to miss this unique experience. Every morning before opening, Maria prepares the red and green chile, and you can truly taste the love in every bite. I would give it a million stars if I could!

Five stars don’t even begin to capture the bliss of this little slice of paradise in the southwest. We stopped here while traveling from the east coast to the Grand Canyon, and the experience was simply perfect. The food was served hot and absolutely delicious, and the service was both quick and outstanding. We ordered three breakfast burritos for the two of us and could barely finish them all. We will definitely be making a point to visit Maria's Restaurant every time we’re out west. I highly recommend it—10 out of 10—and I can’t wait to go back!

We always try to eat at Maria?s on our way through from Illinois to AZ. It is our favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!!! The green chili and beans keep us coming back, but we love everything we have eaten here. Maria is so sweet and the staff is veryfriendly as well. And we love the local atmosphere.

This place is small, although it is a great place to eat. jerry and maria are the best! I order the breakfast beurrito on my wise! bacon, whistle and sink. I put them in my burrito. 2 sunny eggs, please. it is pampered with christmas. that is the best. you should call it ramon special
