Craft Shack - Galway

Looked great and inviting on outside and that's where it stopped. Ordered a Breakfast and didn't realize it was a sandwich. The scrambled egg was inedible. The bacon and sausage were good. The spicy relish had overtones of too much vinegar ketchup taste. Would have been better without it. The bun was very crumbly and there were crumbs everywhere as you bit into it. I waited approximately 20 mins for the sandwich. Asked for coffee and evidently, all thry serve is Americano coffee. zi don't think they know the difference. The seating inside is very low to the ground if you're tall. I was directed to a bench way in the back, up some stairs and close to toilets--when I asked about higher seats. The sandwich was €10. The coffee, although large, was €5. For the food received and the lack of ambience (very noisy and loud music) you are better off going for the breakfast buffet at Radisson Blu for €15 total. Would not recommend this bistro.

Visit on 8th October. Food absolutely disgusting. Waitress asked how meal was and explained that the lasagna was terrible and she didn’t know how to reply. Chef cooking your food with beard and no hair net . Toilets overflowing disgusting Terrible service and worst food ever . Avoid this place at all cost Think that cover it only other thing I would be sceptical about any good reviews

Pulled pork burger for him and veggie plate for me. Service was very attentive and pleasant, everything cooked well and hot. Lovely pot of tea and a huge and very nice cappuccino. Good value and nice quality. Would recommend.

Service was ridiculousy slow we were waiting for ever and the cafe wasn't busy. Limited menu, 5,50 to add chips for my lasagne. Never asked what type of bread for the sandwich (white or brown). 2 small chicken goujons came out for kids meal. Good porsion for lemon meringue but tiny porsion of coffee cake. Then the waitress asked us if we needed to use the bathroom because they were closing in 30 minutes.

Food was nice, coffee was unreal, friendly staff and everything was reasonably priced. Would recommend craft bistro.
