Papa Rich - Galway

I cannot comprehend why there are any negative reviews. I visited the restaurant and sampled the Thai green curry dish, which I found to be delicious and beautifully presented. It was perfectly seasoned and not overly salty, which I highly appreciate. Thank you.

We eat in all the papa rich restaurants since they have opened....because now, at 3 locations they have our order wrong on the headford approx. to the last time we called to mark this with them, the answer was so repulsive that we were called again and met with the same answer....many who are learned here in customer service. if the people drive from a distance to pick up an order, and then it is wrong, that is bad service. if that happens three times and you call to know them in good faith, and they insist that they were not wrong, that's just foolish. eating is great, but unfortunately it has to be a little training about the administration of errors and the treatment of customers well.

From the miso suppe, to service and decor this is an amazing restaurant

The food at this restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. I visited twice because it was so good. The meals were prepared quickly and the staff was friendly.

Always cheaper than a chic Asian restaurant. the plates were great earlier. the quality has slipped a lot last year.
