Average super mac's experience, smaller than usual but same food quality as any other

I called into Supermacs, Newcastle and purchased a bag of chips. There was no one in the queue and only one other customer already eating there. There were at least 4 staff members there. It’s just not acceptable to serve chips that were barely warm.

I'vs had reason to eat out a few times in the past two weeks and have done so at three of these outlets. Newcastle, Eyre Square and the Shopping centre. All I can say is that their chicken has gone to the dogs literally. Whats going on with them?

My daughter and I went to the restaurant. The staff kindly provided us with a sticker book to keep us entertained while we waited, and they were very welcoming.

The five-piece chicken meal costs €11.95 and is very tasty.
