And there were 3 couples in line. The others who looked like employees walked around, fixing a bit with the tables etc. So we left and went to town.
We went for julbord. Many places in Uppsala had no availability on short notice, but they had room for us here. Very good selection of traditional jul foods I didn't know what most of it was, but I tried many things and all were good.
One of the best lunch I’ve ever had in Sweden, definitely. A must if you want to explore Swedish cuisine
I was there for a Julbord (Swedish Christmas table). The food was of great quality and plenty. The restaurant had a nice, calm and cozy atmosphere, I would recommend it to a friend.
Very nice place. The outside has a beautiful viking feel to it bu the inside looks like a normal modern day café. I think they should do more with it, bit of a missed opportunity. The place I definitely worth visiting though.
