Both as a side dish and as a dessert with red bean paste, the fresh gluten is excellent. Imagining the romance of how people in the past used to eat such things, one wants to enjoy the taste and culture passed down from ancient times in Mount Koya.
This restaurant is convenient for its reasonable prices. Buying in a packaged bag can save a little money. There is no parking lot, so many people park on the street nearby. It was unfortunate that it was closed when I visited on the annual opening day of the nearby temple.
I tried fu manju for the first time. It is delicious. I can eat as many as I want. The red bean paste is light and the scent of bamboo leaves is amazing. I will purchase it again when I come to Mount Koya next time. Thank you for the meal. I also purchased silk tofu flavored dashi with koyadofu for 750 yen. Local koyadofu is soft, precious, and delicious.
家族旅行のお土産で買って帰りました。 冷凍の品を昼過ぎに買って、家に帰って夕ごはんの後で頂きました。ちょうど良い加減の解凍具合でした。 口に入れると生麩のモチモチ食感とよもぎの香りをすごく感じ、その後から餡の程良い甘味が広がります。 食感、香り、味が愉しめてメチャクチャ美味しかったです。
