We ordered Schnitzel (All you can eat) for €11.95 (for comparison of the normal card there is the same food without AycE option already more expensive) and the first portion was very neat. You can choose between 6 carving variations. Only small carvings with many supplements are served well from the second serving, but also the Pommes taste. Conclusion: Good staff, good food at fair prices. No comparison to Café De Sol in Hamburg.
That's not how Franchise works. For three adults on Sunday evening at 18 we had reserved a table for security reasons, the person at the entrance waved us through: Find a table in the rear area. Hmm. Our good service has taken over our order, Spare Ribs for one of us. Second service: Spare Ribs is not available today. Then a pinsa (a pizza-like oven for it) was broken over a month. We ask if there are about 4€ expensive Chilli Cheese Fries to the Schnitzel. I have to ask... With the Chilli Cheese Fries there are three sauces and the price difference is too big. He has no own compromise proposal. Sad. The yellow Curry Bowl with chicken breast strips was very delicious, my Chili Cheese Burger not so much: cold bungalow, the Patty neatly large but a little dry. The fourth service this evening brought 2cl Ramazotti 2mm under the oak. She took it after we could recover it and instead a double (? Ramazotti with ice and lemon. The pleasant ambience and our nice service for the table could no longer bring the overall experience to three stars. Why can you place an order in an organized restaurant if there is no food? Why, apart from our actual service, have four different people not managed to create a good overall experience for more than 90€ with three people? For me, too little engagement (compliance offer, inattentiveness to the insuring and serving drinks, very moderate burgers and uneven appearance for the guests.
Good breakfast buffet and brunch. Good carving and tips. Good service. Unfortunately, the acoustics are a victim of the design. But the problem is solved in the summer outside!
We have been to Schnitzel Essen more often in this place and have been disappointed so far. From 17 a.m., the place is completely overwhelmed with the crowd of guests. Guests have to wait for their reorder for 45 minutes during the Schnitzel Satt action. In addition, the quality of food suffers greatly from the lack of staffing. Thus, orders with changes are incorrectly received/served (e.g. other sauce for salad). Cold dishes (which should actually be warm), or pre-fried dishes (carvings) are reheated and served to the guests. At the Schnitzelburger we had to enslave the food twice, as the bread had been too hard or was too long. If you're going to eat there at a time with a little clientele, the food is completely ok. If the staff bottleneck is better for Rushour, there is at least 4*.
We returned with about 16 people (reserved) to the Schnitzel all you can eat. Orders were filled, but it took quite a long time. The first were already finished with the first carving, then the rest got its food. The first scavenger was quite good, but ALL were then around worlds from the 1st gang. We had the impression that we were made at the 2nd gear with cheaper kicked TK goods. No more enjoyment. So don't pay. Everywhere you get better food served at similar prices.
