Ordered online and showed up when it said to. Not ready. Waited 5 mins and nobody tried to fill my 2 sandwich order. I would've been better just walking in rather than ordering ahead. I'll wait and see if they refund my money. Done with them.

I would love to have a conservation with you about the number of times I have come to your resturant and the tables are not clean and some of your staff is not so friendly.If you care to have more details, please reach out. My wife, sister-in-law and I frequently get Jersey Mikes sandwiches through the online ordering app. Most times its not a problem. But last nights order was very wrong, each of the 3 sandwiches that we ordered had missing ingredients. My wife called the location explaining the issue. While on the phone, the employees denied that any mistakes were made and asked that the sandwiches be brought back that night (near closing time) or tomorrow to proof it. While on hold, my wife could overhear the employees talk to each other, stating that she was lying and making excuses and that they could not have possibly messed up 3 sandwiches . I understand that in the service industry you 're not going to please everyone but have some grace and accept that mistakes could have been made. We weren 't looking for comped food or any handouts, just some understanding. The rude tone of the employees and accusations make it very likely that this place won 't see our business again.ADDENDUM: Changed 1 to 3 stars due to managers response to complaint.
