Slow. Rude. Careless. Took 25 min to get two orders out. This happens every single time. We drive 10min out of the way to go to a better location.
I went to the location on E Broad Street in Mansfield. The service is very slow. The workers seem to be confused running in circles bumping into each other. I made the mistake of going there on my 30 minute lunch break and the workers was giving out the wrong orders left and right. My order was given out to the wrong person twice!! I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order plus another 15 minutes!! IF the food wasn't so good I would quit going to Wendy's altogether. Beware of the mobile app!! I used it to order the 5 dollar biggie bag which should of cost me just under 6 bucks but when I submitted the order, it was charged 24.98!! I'm still trying t9 get my money back and their customer service phone number is useless as it will place u on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call will hang up!! Ridiculous!! What kind of people do you have employed?? Wow!
$11 for a hamburger, fries and an ice cream???? For fast food...Forget that!
Nice Wendy's right near shopping centers. Very clean. The men's bathroom was absolutely nasty. Paper towel on the floor and toilet was not clean and sink was as well. I mentioned this to the manager and she said thank you. Prices are high. But burgers are good.
