Dunkin' - Garden City

I like Dunkin Dounts coffee the service was really good.

I went in to buy a donut. I asked if the donuts were soft because many times their donuts are stale during the day so I was afraid already because it was 8pm at night. The guy said yes and then said if I buy 2 I can get one for free. I politely said no thank you because I just wanted one). He then said it again. I then paid and tried the donut. The donut was hard, so I said to him the donut is stale. He then shouted no it is not, it’s just hard around the sides. I said sir this donut is hard and showed him. He then said we baked them at 6 the time now being 8:30pm. I then just stepped away because I was not going to argue about a donut and be shouted at. Once I said it’s okay, I’m just going to leave a review. He then said “No wait try another one, that’s why I said buy 2 get one free”. I said no thank you, I’m just going to leave a review again and tossed the donut in the garbage on my way out. Rude and stale stuff. Bad choice on my part. I usually go to this one because it close, but I’ll travel to another just because. 0/10
