Dutch Bros Coffee - Garden City

I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff always remember my order and are consistently fantastic to interact with. I usually order takeout and the food is always great. The prices are very reasonable, typically ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as a perfect 5 out of 5.

This was my first time visiting this place just for a refreshing drink, and it was such a great experience. I can't wait to go back! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I am not one to usually complain, but I visited Dutch Bros to get a pup cup for my dog. They had a sign out indicating two lines, so I pulled into the second line. There was a car in front of me and one next to me. The employee made eye contact with me, moved the sign to create only one line, and proceeded to take everyone else's order, even those who arrived after me. I waited for a couple of minutes, but no one came to take my order. About four cars arrived after me and were served before me. I felt embarrassed and as if I had done something wrong by following the sign. I was not trying to cut in line or get my coffee before others; I just wanted to treat my dog to a pup cup. It was disappointing and made me feel as if I was intentionally being ignored. I understand that service can be busy, but purposely disregarding someone for following directions is rude. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but this incident ruined my day and left me feeling hurt. I know it may sound trivial, but as someone who works in healthcare, small gestures like this have a significant impact when trying to treat oneself.

I hate to complain, but this is by far the worst dutch bros in the treasure Valley as far as service. Get ready to spend at least 10 minutes to get a coffee. Burnette girl on 9/12/23 around 7 a.m. Just spent more than 5 minutes talking to a regular as there were well over 10 cars In line waiting to get their order taken. I ended up leaving and drove to the one on Orchard. Seems like dutch is aware of the service being bad but nothing has changed. Lack in management and leadership I would say. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I came in specifically ordered a carmalizer freeze for my boss and asked for white milk instead of chocolate milk. I showed the lady the sticky note and told her it was for my boss so it has to be with white milk. She told me she would have to see what to do and her boss came to the window and explained what to do to make that happen to the lady that took the order from me. When I got back to the office it was a blended carmalizer with chocolate milk and now I here how much his coffee sucks and I’m now trying to call and they won’t answer the phone been on hold for 8 minutes. We get coffee there once a day for The last month and tipped the chick just to screw it up when I heard how to make it cause she said it I. Front of me too. What a terrible deal cause now I hate your business since I have to be the one to hear about it
