Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The employees were rude and disrespectfull.. we ordered shakes with our meal and got cups of custard instead.. the fries were cold, the steakburger steak was dry and rubbery and tasted bad.. we love Freddy 's, but we will not eat at this location again..

This is the worst Freddy's location I have ever been to. so bad that I will never go back to eat at this location again. food was burnt and was disgusting. and I love Freddy's food but they should consider closing this one down.

Ran by very unprofessional, rude, unmentored individuals. Went through the drive-through yesterday with the intention of ordering food for myself and spouse. Freddy’s was not busy at this time. The girl began taking our order through the speaker but then walked away for several minutes, leaving us sitting in line. When she returned to the speaker, she made us order all over again. She proceeded to leave the speaker again, leaving us sitting there again. We ended up pulling forward and had to order at the window all over again where she rudely said “I CAN’T HEAR YOU.” When we finally got our order placed, she gave us the wrong change. Surprise surprise, we did not receive our full order after this twenty minute debacle and had no chance to let them know as they slammed the window door in our face.

Food was gotten within 5 minutes, super cheap too, $50 for 5 people, employees have great humor too. Overall great!

The staff did an amazing job last night at this location. Over 80 people in the restaurant after a wrestling and basketball tournament and they did great. Fast service time and food was delicious.
