Penguin Rolled Ice Cream - Garden City

Update: I have tried to visit twice since my first visit and it hasn't been good. The first time, they updated their hours and did not post it online so they were closed by the time I got there, no big deal. The second time, I made sure to go during their hours of operation and the door was locked. I looked in and saw a worker go into the back. I waited outside for almost 10 minutes, knocked and called. The phone number to the store has been disconnected now, so I don't know if they're going out of business or what.

This is the worst service EVER! We waited almost 40 minutes. We asked for our money back and the lady said I had to wait until she finished all her orders. I left with no ice cream and no money! I will never return to this place again. There was only one other family there the place wasn’t full. Very disappointed. Keep my money you need it more than I do!!!

This place wasn't opened when it was posted. They had a huge line outside the door, waiting for them to open. They said they were out of whipped cream, and the bathroom was disgusting. They don't open until 5pm. They had plenty of time to get ready for opening.

Very cool little shop, with lots of options. Our ice cream was delicious!

It was a nice experience. Jinga made it even better. Flavors were amazing
