Taku - Garden City

My boyfriend and I frequent this restaurant often. Despite its small size, it is very pleasant and well-maintained with ample seating. The food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. The service is exceptional, with all staff members being very friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or attending Adelphi University. The Adelphi roll, Redhead roll, and 100A roll are all particularly tasty. There is plenty of parking available and the surrounding area is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

My family adores Taku, even my 6 and 10 year old children. The food is delicious and the service is quick.

The dining room is small while the bar is disproportionately large. It's more of a liquor bar than a sushi bar, which is disappointing. The food is decent, and the service is efficient. The shumai were average but acceptable, while the duck spring roll was lacking in duck meat. The sushi and sashimi platter for 2 was well-prepared and of decent quality. Overall, it's a good option for a quick sushi fix, but it doesn't really stand out.

You've been here dozens of times in recent years. Eating is great and eating her person is always an amazing experience. There's something wrong with her delivery service. The guy who supplies for the restaurant has beaten my glass door and when I got the food, he almost threw it on me and screamed Oh my God and went away to curse under his breath. I got the food as soon as I saw the call, so I have no idea what he was upset about. There was a doorbell he might not have seen? Overall, the experience was very strange. I gave 20% on my card.
