Baskin-robbins - Garden Grove

I will never go to this place again. The lady who, according to me, is the “manager” or who I know has a bad manner, went to order a cake and being a customer of this place for years, they had always done a good job for me but I had the misfortune. This weekend I ran into that lady who kept saying that the cake couldn't be made the way I was asking for it and she said everything but when she isn't even the baker, they don't want to work as if she were the one. the only nevéria where they make cakes please!! But I went to another Baskin Robbins and there they treated me wonderfully and made my cake just the way I wanted it. The lady there was super friendly and professional in her work. She does have ethics and knows how to treat a customer.

This was one of the BEST Baskin-Robbins experiences I've ever had! The location was super clean and spacious with plenty of indoor seating. The owner was very nice and friendly. And they had a wonderful assortment of ice cream flavors and cakes. Highly recommended!

Love Baskin Robbins not a lot around anymore they are hard to locate . Great customer service here

Late review post. I purchased my baby's 1st birthday cake here at the end of May. I totally forgot his name now but he was super enthusiastic about helping me get the right birthday cake for her. He scheduled me with his baker and had to reschedule because the baker had a last minute schedule change. Despite that, he made sure to follow up with me and let me know so I didn't have to show up in vain. He also gave me a free sample of their new dragonfruit flavor, and it was delicious! When I met with the baker, she was really friendly as well and was able to accommodate my request for a watermelon themed birthday ice cream cake. I sent her a photo of what I wanted and she replicated it. I purchased 2 ice cream cakes, 1 big one to serve guests and 1 small smash cake for the baby. Needless to say, our baby LOVED the cake. Our guests loved the cake too and thought it was pretty cool we had a themed cake made. We had about 70 guests and this cake fed all of them. We also had a little extra for ourselves after as well. Would definitely recommend others to this location as well. Best service in comparison to the others in the area.

Never had such a rudeness from the employee working there. I haven 't been to baskin for few years and wanted to try the new flavors before I purchase them. But after 2 samples, employee told me no more samples, you have to buy to eat. I felt like I 'm beggar and was looking for free food. I seriously will never return here. I had to make purchase because my kids really wanted to eat ice cream but I didn 't want to give them any businesses.
