Bcd Tofu House - Garden Grove

This review reflects how nostalgic this place is for me. I spent most of my life in Orange County, but it wasn't until my second year of college that I was introduced to Korean cuisine. At that time, I worked as a front desk agent at a hotel, typically starting my shifts around 11 or 11:30 PM, and not many places were open that late. A friend recommended BCD, and from the very first bowl of tofu soup, I was hooked. It quickly became our go-to spot after work. I later brought my friends along, and it turned into our favorite place after church as well. Interestingly, my brother now works in the food industry and often has late shifts too. When he and his colleagues are looking for comfort food late at night, they also find their way to BCD. I hadn't been back for several years, but I recently revisited, and it was just as good as I remembered. The food was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. I can't believe I waited so long to return. Now that I've broken the seal, I'm sure I'll be back soon!

A great option for late-night cravings! The quality of the food is excellent, and while the prices are comparable to other Korean buffets, you definitely get your money's worth. I recommend ordering the combo for groups, as it allows everyone to share and enjoy a variety of dishes. I can't wait to return and try even more items from the menu!

The restaurant offers a children's menu with two options: grilled chicken and beef bulgogi, which my kids absolutely love! The meal includes seaweed, rice, three dumplings, and a tofu soup without vegetables or green onions—perfect for children! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is quick. I always have a great dining experience here!

The chicken teriyaki was delicious and so the tofu soup was just the right of spicy. The service was good, the waiting staff was friendly and appealing.

It was my first time here and I truly enjoyed every minute of it.
