Gae Sung Restaurant - Garden Grove

I came here with a group of friends and we ordered family style. We ordered the Gamja Tang, pig-neck soup with the bean rice. The soup was delicious and came with big potatoes. We also have the seafood pancake, which was fine. Without that, I could have done it. This place is worth trying.

KOREAN CRAVES DIE! SECTION! These are HOT, just like you (and LA lol Start a beautiful evening meal with this BIG cooking bowl of spicy pork stall [1x CHILLI] pork on the bones are EXTREMELY delicately easy to eat PLUS it is with delicious soup flavor from the inside!! Worth a visit, only for this pot, because at least you do not know how long it will take to stir the pig to this final (and not to mention temperature, sauce, etc... Next coming with a known Korean dish stir fried marinated bulgogi (beef [1x CHILLI] I can guarantee the marinated taste up to any square inch. Beef texture is really beautiful and saucing is very good together. I like to eat it with rice just my favorite Korean mix. Last but not least, if you are even more of a spicy person, try these spicy stir roasted squid [1x CHILLI] that I actually think they should [3x CHILLI] LOL The squid are perfectly cooked, not too finished and not uncooked. Although the spices were almost at my limit, I can't stop eating (and drink more water LMAO Here you get generously amazing SIDE DISHES to rice, Kimchi, potatomaisch, bean sprouts, broccoli, etc... OMG I FELT SUCH KOREAN VIBES HAVING THEM OOOOHHHHHH!! P.S. When you go with friends, GO FOR THEIR BIG STEW HOTPOT, DIY cooking time

Yookaejang was tasteful. It just started until I finished the bowl. Kimchi was good. Overall I liked it and will definitely come back.

Pretty good. A friend loved her special and wants to go back so that this is a good sign.

Looking a bit run down and very old school from the outside, but they have awesome food! FYI--their parking lot is in the rear/back and you 'll have to walk around to the front. Their entrees are quite tasty and have huge portions! They have your common selections and also the army stew! Their pancakes are so delicious and better than most places around--I would definitely recommend it!
